Welcome to Spark. Before you begin using our platform, please carefully review and accept these Terms of Service. By accessing and using Spark, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction & Purpose

Spark is a platform that connects Jewish singles based on lifestyle compatibility, shared values, and location overlaps. Our matchmakers review profiles and suggest compatible matches based on religious observance, career alignment, and personal interests.

2. Introduction Fee (Non-Refundable)

When both parties in a match accept and wish to exchange contact information, Spark charges an introduction fee to support our matchmakers and platform operations. Introduction fees are non-refundable. The introduction fee does not guarantee a successful relationship or future meetings. Spark is not responsible for the outcome of any introduction or relationship.

3. Safety & Privacy

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. Profile photos are validated using advanced image analysis to ensure they are genuine, recent, and appropriate. We reserve the right to reject or remove profiles that violate safety guidelines. Never share sensitive information (credit cards, passwords) before verification.

4. Travel Matching & Location Data

Spark identifies matches based on travel schedules and geographic overlap. By providing your travel dates and home city, you consent to having this information used for matchmaking purposes. You can update your travel schedule anytime in the app.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or photos

  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or predatory behavior

  • Attempt to circumvent our safety features or payment systems

  • Share another person’s photos or information without consent

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal without refund.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Spark provides the platform “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of user-provided information

  • Outcomes of any introductions or relationships

  • Lost connections due to app failures (we make reasonable efforts to maintain service)

  • Third-party conduct or offline interactions

By using Spark, you assume all risks associated with meeting other users and waive any claims against Spark for damages arising from such interactions.
